About 50 percent of women were more likely to experience mood disorders than men. The mood is the mood or emotional state of an individual. When there is something that affects the emotional state is extended, a person may experience a mental disorder such as depression or seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
According to some studies, mood disorders are also associated with low insufficient intake of vitamin D in the body.
