“Green Sport” Good for Mental Health

A study suggests, the sport for five minutes in the park or green space can improve mood (mood) and mental health. The study was published in the American Chemical Society journal Environmental Science & Technology.
In the study, Professor Jules Pretty and Jo Barton of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Environment and Society, Department of Biological Sciences, University of Essex UK, explains that performing physical activity in the park (green open space) may increase the risk to reduce mental illness and improving health.

Researchers analyzed 1,252 people (of different ages, gender and mental health), from the ten studies in the United Kingdom.The authors were able to show that activity in the green space (natural) has led to an improvement in mental and physical health.
Activity is quite diverse and simple as walking, gardening, cycling, fishing, horse riding and farming. The main health problems are changes in young people and people with mental disorders, but people of all ages and social groups also benefited.
