Overweight often makes us less confident. But it can actually be overcome by implementing a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Ironically, to date, there are ways of thinking and unhealthy by some people to reduce their weight. Let’s look at some of the ways popular and dangerous a person does to lose weight, and see what exactly is wrong with the way it is:
* Skipping meals, fasting or starvation
If you’re trying to lose weight, the first thing that comes to mind is to eat a bit, then the weight is coming down. Or maybe you think of skipping meals, especially breakfast.This approach is totally wrong! Although very successful in this way to cut weight, but you will also lose muscle mass and moisture, which can lead to serious health problems.
