Food Introduction to Sleep

After a busy day of activity, fatigue hit us often. One way toeliminate fatigue and to gather new energy is by quality of sleep.Unfortunately not everyone can sleep as to bed.There are several ways you can do to invite sleepiness, one of them through food intake. You’ll often hear the advice to eat warm milk before bedtime for a good night’s sleep. Why is that? Foods that contain milk are rich in tryptophan, which stimulates release of the hormone melatonin. Other foods containing tryptophaninclude poultry, bananas, honey and oats.
